If this is a serious question then you’re missing some parts to get it working. RAM, a sata hard disk with an os, and a power supply. Probably will want a case too.
Watch any pc build video tutorial, maybe a few of them. This one already has the hardest part done (cpu and cooler mounted).
What is the port next to ps2? Is it sound?

well, when dealing with outdated tech you basically should find a scrap metal yard who will give you current price rating for copper/gold/silver, and basically just break down every piece of materia on the motherboard, cpucooler, gpu card and so forth. there is money to be made here, most def if you can find buttloads of this.

That would make a fine media machine. Should run windows 10 better than it ever ran windows XP. I’d be servicing all the parts and redoing the thermal paste on both the cpu and the gpu though. Bound to be dust by now.
Should also run any game made up until about 2010 at medium to high settings.
Edit: Holy shit. This thing is about 0.5% of the power of a 1080ti!

If this is a legit question, then there is good news and bad news. Good news is this is high end stuff. Bad news it was high end almost 20 years ago. Collectors items now and maybe worth enough to get you some newer parts. Try and trade it up imo. If you were near me, I’d hook you up with an am4 board, ram and a modest ryzen cpu in exchange for it. You can probably find someone willing to do the same.

I’d love to put that gpu into my old firewall to finally confirm the “can it run crysis” question. The firewall has a core 2 quad CPU.
That should be my same Noctua. Changed 3 adapters kit in 10 years. From 775 to 1150 and now rocking on a AM4 rig.

insert ram (probably ddr2), get a sata ssd (hdd will work as well, but it’s just slower), and use a screwdriver to connect the power pin to the ground. You just need to touch it for a second or two. there should be no need to hold it. after that it should go on! To figure out what pins you need in order to turn it on, you can look at [this manual](https://www.asus.com/supportonly/p5n32e_sli/helpdesk_manual/).
You might also want to get a cpu fan. Prebuilt systems from dell or often like to be problematic really when something isn’t working properly. It probably isn’t, but might also be the case for this motherboard. Another reason is because heatsinks are almost always actively cooled, meaning that it’s probably going to overheat like mad if you don’t install a fan. I once had a r9 280x (graphics card) with quite the cooler on it. The thing overheated in about half a minute under low loads without the fans.

Get a second Albatron 8800 GTS and run them in SLI! The shipping will cost more than the card.
This is a Vista era system, although nowadays I’d rather run XP 32-bit on it. Either way, this isn’t going to be able to handle much made after 2008, and while it can run Crysis it will chug a bit.
I personally still have my system with a Core 2 Quad and a 8800 GTS that I purchased in 2007 new for $2k. But I’m something of a hoarder… err… collector. They’re useless for most modern purposes.
That said, if you want it to run you’ll want to get some DDR2 RAM and a cheap SSD. This board is probably running SATA 2, meaning even the cheapest ones you can buy today are capable of going as fast as the connection can handle. I wouldn’t bother with more than 4 GB total in a system this old. Oh, and put a fan on that tower cooler and connect it to the CPU fan connector. Probably 92mm?
