I’m 5 hours away and already looking forward to it. I didn’t appreciate it enough back when I lived in a city with one 20 minutes away.

Open one in Las Vegas you cowards!
3 million metro population and 0 electronics stores. Best Buy does not count.

Cmon Tampa, please, I’m not driving more than an hour, let alone six instead of ordering online

Screw you Florida and screw you microcenter. You could build a store in Seattle and cater to a city of computer nerds and you wouldn’t have to worry about it sinking into the ocean but noooo you had to build in Miami. Fuck

FYI when a microcenter opened near me last summer, there were deals in-store that weren’t advertised online or in the emails I signed up for re: the grand opening. Specifically, I was able to walk in and get a 4090FE for 10% off. No clue if it’ll be the same for Miami, but I’d plan to go check it out and see if there’s anything similar happening if you’re local. They also had insane deals on oled tvs, I think they were doing like 55″ LG C2s for like $600 or something like that. I also got a free coffee mug, which was amusing because it was the Indianapolis store so they made an Indianapolis themed mug…with an f1 race car on it (obviously they tried to put an indy car on it but the designer didn’t know any better).

I work at Micro Center and I’m very excited for this! My buddy moved to the North Carolina store and they have been slammed. The Miami one will be sweet!

Wish we had something like MicroCentre here in Europe. Doubt it’d ever happen, especially considering I live in one of the non-mainstream european countries..

Can’t wait to take a nice trip down from Tampa

Getting insurance for that location must’ve been EXPENSIVE

Somehow, the Seattle area, home to Microsoft and valve, still doesn’t have one remotely close enough to drive to.

Lets hope it doesn’t end up become another CompUSA
