Remove the front air filter and clean it by scrubbing with a dry gentle cloth or with water (don’t reinstall it until it’s fully dry).
For the dust, a dry cloth should be fine. Even a lightly damp one will do fine, provided you are careful and let if fully dry. A paper towel with some rubbing alcohol works fine too, just make sure not to let it rip anywhere.
Obviously, turn the PC off for all of this.

The front filter, case inside and fan blades you can probably just wipe with a cloth.
The electrical components… canned air if you don’t wanna buy an “air gun”?(although a dedicated blower will save you money in the long run).

Can’t you just vacuum the front? What kind of damage could it possibly do?
Hombrenator
1) turn off PC
2) I would use Vacuum Cleaner with the soft bristled brush attachment to lightly clean dusty areas (NOT electronics!)
3) and then a dry mono fiber cloth (with vacuum running nearby to suck in dust in air) on electronics.

It might be unconventional and there might be people verry much against this, but i use a vacume cleaner with a brush.. i just go over it lightly (first take the filter out!). The inside of my pc i do wit a micro fiber cloth and vacume clean with that same brush, but only the bits i can get to with easy otherwise i might damage something. I am not saying this is the way, but it works for me. Have been doing it for allot of years on different pc’s and never had a issue.
