Zen 2 can’t run over 1800 FCLK reliably, at least not all samples and it can be finicky on some boards
Drop down to like 1700 FCLK and 3400 on the ram and go from there, test with Ycruncher to measure performance from like 1600, 1700, 1800 etc because while you may have a few pegs higher you can run without WHEAs, it can perform worse.
