I’m actually doing this now for the first time on my current playthrough. I do agree that his voice fits his appearance in the trailer the best.

I do this a lot now, not just in Cyberpunk. I’m almost never interested in “roleplaying myself” so I just started to use presets or tweak slightly or make the character look like the canon

Yes! Its my first playthrough and figured best way to go about it was to actually play as canon V. Plus I like his look anyways.

Yup, always used canon V on all my playthroughs, and honestly i’m not much into character creation in general so i tend to use default look if there is one.

I made one of my Vs look as much like Johnny Silverhand as I could. Made the whole thing kind of trippy, and then when it came time to choose I made Johnny reneg on V’s wishes and take over the body. (That was the reason I did it on that specific playthrough)
But no, I don’t try to remake the designers vision of V.
