They made the mantling through windows and stuff much faster recently in a patch. It’s not so much that he was shooting whilst mantling, just that he’d basically instantly finished the mantle.

The killcams are not accurate my man, the mantle animation is pretty quick and you can hipfire soon after. He probably got a few lucky hs in the mix during hipfire, though luck.
