It’s a semi auto (that’s my bad, apparently it’s full-auto) shotgun called Crusher in the game, real world equivalent would be any magazine fed 12 gauge full-auto shotgun really. Though I’m not certain if the crusher didn’t fire larger shells than 12 gauge off the top od my head.
Edit: Also this sub is for cyberpunk as a genre in general and 2077-related posts aren’t viewed very highly, you might want to try in the edgerunners sub or the cyberpunk game sub instead.

Pretty sure it’s the Militech Crusher.
Closest real world might be the Mossberg 500M series that’s fed with plastic magazines. You’d have to have it cut down to a short barreled shotgun (requires NFA Tax stamp in the USA) but it’s only a pump shotgun
As far as semi auto shotguns out there, I can’t really think of one that’s mag fed and nails the look. Lots of really shitty and cheap Turkish shotguns out there, one might look kinda close, but the quality is going to be really variable, and parts support is little to none

There’s a couple of different options. Mossberg shockwave or Remington tac14 are good but not mag fed. Charles Daly makes a mag fed one similar to that look. Also these are already chopped but don’t require a tax stamp

An irl equivalent (if you live in the US) would be any semi-auto shotgun that you have form 1ed into a SBS (short barrel shotgun) also magazine feed shotguns generally suck as they tend to get jammed rather frequently
