I recorded a clip of myself going to a buy station, clicking on self-revive but it never actually bought the self revive. (You can see the amount of money did not change nor do I get the plus symbol in the bottom left corner).
Made it to end game only to instantly die after getting hit by a mortar strike. 🫠
