From the previous HONOR event i saw that u can hide bagpack if u had the folly clasp outfit, but it didnt say it for the current honor outfits, so i thought it didnt have that perk. But i just checked and sure enough, it is there. So my question is does it hide it for me only, or can opponents not see my bag too?

The concealed backpack feature for this HONOR outfit came two days ago via in-game push update. It’s only hidden for yourself, not for others.
