Need help! Game running on 1 fps in main menu

I just bought a used pc today:

Ryzen 5 3600
Rtx 3060 4gb
16 gb ram 2133hz
512 ssd

I downloaded warzone opened it , fps was hovering between 80-120 while shaders were installing, after shaders installed it dropped to 1 fps on menu and now i cant even do anything or click anything, it stays on 1-10 fps on menu , everything is switched to performance restarted the pc re-installed the shaders all drivers are up to date nothing is working i cant even browse the main menu.
