As to can see I have 4 of the 3 required to unlock the forged but it still remains lock.
Can't complete it at all. This is the only gun that does this, I have all other AR, SMG and LMG's completed.
Is this bugged?

Check to make sure all the base camos for the gun are actually complete. Pretty sure when the SOA Subverter came out there was a glitch where the 4th base camo was already unlocked but to unlock Gilded you still had to do the challenge, even though it said it was already complete. Could be something similar happening here.
