Reporting in-game should be enough if it’s at blatant as you explained, you can go further and post this in cheaters report but in-game reports means he’ll go to the review system, i know a bunch will reply to me now saying it’s pointless and they have reported cheaters before and go no violation found, it’s not a perfect system, some cheaters are very clever with cheating, the video review system is basically looking for obvious mistakes through a particular timeline/algorithm the game sets during the reported player gameplay.

If he has bought royal pass, the chances are second to none that he will get banned. I’ve encountered so many cheaters lately and reported them without them getting banned. Some of them are as blatant as you describe.
