You’ve purchased all the cars from the original game. DLC added quite a few more. Weirdly, I think that Arch shown, though, is original game… so I dunno?

The achievement is based on the number of cars available at launch. More vehicles were added over time, either through updates or the dlc. So the number required is no longer all of them.

The same thing happened to me, I think the trophy counts if you reach a numerical mark of vehicles acquired, regardless of whether they are vehicles from DLC or the base game
Pretty sure it doesn’t include the vehicles available through the auto trader. Just the ones fixers offer, or you find around the map.
I’ve never cared to 100% any games that I play for achievements. I just play em to play. Cyberpunk is the only game I have ever gotten 100% and did it accidentally
I guess they didn’t adapt the achievement to the new content.
I believe it glitches out and take into account all saves
You didn’t get the trophy. You can see it says 60% done, so it is just reminding you, I guess
Honestly the cars are waste of money. They are so damn difficult to control. Idk could be a skill issue on my part 😂

This achievement was such a massive bitch to get before 2.0. I literally ran out of things to do, so I was just wandering around NC trying to find random shootouts so I could loot weapons.
