Why Der Eisendrache actually sucks and you’re wrong: Bows are just a re-used assets from multiplayer πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„

The best zombies map of all time: Kino der Toten, Black Ops 1.

To me, it’s as good as it gets. It was originally supposed to be in World at War but it was cut due to time constraints. Thankfully, Treyarch was able to finish it up, polish it up, and release it with Black Ops, cause it was good. Really good. So many iconic weapons. Layout was a perfect blend of simple and complex and the enemies were all unique and fun to fight. Plus, Kino had some of the best music in any COD Zombies map ever which made it even more addicting to play through and grind over and over. Call me old school, but I think Kino is the absolute best zombies map ever released and I could play it a million times without ever getting bored.

Facts. Also, the dragons are not original whatsoever – they’re literally just re-skins of the dogs from Mob of the Dead. The bows, on top of being re-used assets from multiplayer, are elemental weapons like the staffs from Origins, which they weakly attempted to differentiate with silly ideas like the β€œwolf bow”… what?

You need to do two of the same steps in the ridiculously easy Easter egg, and the panzers and re-skinned zombies are a way bigger threat in the boss fight than the actual boss.

On the topic of boss zombies… they literally just recycled the panzer and hell-hounds… yawn. Additionally, the panzer spawns in even later and is even easier to defeat than the Origins panzer.

The rocket going off and killing you when you’re trying to pack a punch is just plain annoying. If dying from the environment is killing you more than the zombies, it’s just bad map design.

Re using assets in zombies has ALWAYS been a thing. It’s about how you use them not if you use them. DE used them well IMO.
