Thought this was cool. The whole passage is basically a script for the mission “never fade away” in the game.

Interesting they point out Soulkiller is able to take living consciousnesses, digitize them and put them back into organic forms. I’m sure if more people checked this out it would settle our mikoshi debates quicker. The wiki mentions it a bit as her original intent but not as in depth and directly.

On Johnny’s appearance, wasn’t it mentioned he’s changed his look a few times in other lore additions?

Also what are the main differences for the true lore, vs Johnnys distorted memory? I know Smasher flatlines him on the rooftop and Murphy used Soulkiller on him provided by Alt while Smasher fights Blackhand, but what else is different?

Anyone who bought the game on PC: there’s actually a copy of this (or another, I am not at my PC to confirm) handbook somewhere in the files if you “browse local files …” In steam/know where the directory is.

There’s a few other goodies too. But the guidebook was a distinct one I remember.

Y’know, I totally get why Johnny was so into Alt.

I need Santiago desperately. Vividly. In a way that is so concerning to feminism.

Just a friendly reminder that if you own Cyberpunk, you have access to the Cyberpunk 2020 sourcebook for free on your GOG account. Go to digital extras and it’s there along with the soundtrack.
