That really doesn’t seem like a good idea to me. I hope there was at least bubble wrap or something surrounding the space bars?
The whole point of Bubble wrap is that it cushions packaged items against impacts because it is soft and mailable.
Spare bars are hard and rigid, and will transfer impacts into the packaged item more effectively. Their thin edges might also cut into the batterie’s thin outer layer during an impact or from enough vibration.
