With the 2 round plugs on picture 1 im kinda sure its a wifi card. And they ripped the wires off.

This is a Mini PCI Express card, probably for Wifi or maybe mobile data. It could be from a laptop but they’re also used in ome routers and access points. Since this is a MiniPCIe card and not an m.2 card, it’s probably around 8 years old or older.
Obviously there was once a sticker on that metal shield, which would tell us a lot more than we can see right now. I tried to search for the number on the remaining label, but it’s not a searchable part number.
