Spoiler for the main story prologue.
Misty really bugged me on my first playthrough. I remember coming up from the ripperdoc and seeing her tell Jackie he needs to avoid the color red.
My first thought was "screw you," so I went home and made V's hair, nails, makeup and piercings all blood red.
Of course, then Jackie died at the end of the prologue, which I totally didn't see coming. I'd assumed he was a romance option. Anyway, I blamed myself and spent the rest of the game only driving his bike.
I just started a new playthrough and wow I just noticed what Dexter is wearing. I know it's right there in front of your face, and I know some wise guy's gonna be like "wEll I nOtICeD iT rIgHt aWAy," but still. Props go to CDPR for good foreshadowing.

I’m howling at the “Screw you!” part of this XD
I didn’t notice the red top, but I had a video I watched the other day point out another bit of red foreshadow. Just as the bot shoots at you and Jackie, the scene where you are both lying on the walk-way. The light all around is fiery red.

She’s really down to earth and level headed despite being into healing crystal, Luigi board stuff

The Relic was also red.
Arasaka’s whole theme is black and red, so yeah, avoid!
She predicts everything if you keep going back to her and getting reads
