It appears you let your guard down, and your opponent took advantage of it, and ultimately, you died and let your squad down.
The heavy chopper can kill through walls if it’s super close to you. Say, they ditch it and lands in your building.
Super unlucky but it has happened to me twice, mainly being in the ONLY building during final circles.
I didn’t even realize heavy choppers are still in the game.
