I’ve been playing video games since I’ve been a little kid I’m gave my son my PS5 and Xbox series x. I bought a prebuilt which can be looked down but for me it’s perfect. I am not very handy when it comes to tools and compute hardware. I already have game pass so I know some games I want to try on my pc and want to start my steam collection!

I will fix all the cables. I was just excited to set it up and start downloading some games.

Specs

iBUYPOWER Y60 Black Gaming Desktop PC – AMD Ryzen 9 7900X – GeForce RTX 4070Ti Super 16GB – 32GB DDR5 RAM – 2TB NVMe

I also bought

Alienware – AW3423DWF 34" Quantum Dot OLED Curved Ultrawide Gaming Monitor – 165Hz

  1. Looks like you’re using the mouse and keyboard from ibuypower, I’d highly suggest you get good quality mouse and keyboard from reputable brands like Logitech and Corsair(g502 is very popular and any mechanical keyboard from either brand). Also get your self a big ol mouse pad.

You don’t want to drive a racecar with a wooden steering wheel. Enjoy!

Edit: what games are you trying out first?

Helllllll yeah man, if you haven’t played them (or just want the better pc experience!) I’d recommend Subnautica, and Terraria 🙂

That’s what it’s all about man, congrats!
It don’t matter if its prebuilt, so long as you have fun, learn and improve. Cheers!

    Great purchase!

I’m 40. I’ve been building PCs since my teens, but even I’ve gotten prebuilts when the deals were right. Nothing wrong with it and you’ve got hardware that’ll keep you happy for years to come!

Make sure to take advantage of Steam sales, along with reputable resale sites that offer discounted copies. Definitely grab a mouse pad!

poggers. One piece of advice however, wipe off any extra antivirus software installed on the pc such as mcafee or norton, windows defender is perfectly fine nowadays and it wont eat performance like the others do.
