CPU – i9 10900k (currently all stock except set to 5ghz all core via throttletop)
Mobo – Gigabyte Aorus z490 pro
Ram – Corsair vengeance pro 16gb x 2. 3200Mhz cl16 V4.32 so seems to be Samsung c-die.
Overclocking to 4000 mt/s so had to up the voltages a lot. All this happened when xmp stopped working in the new bios and I tasted the performance boost of a slight frequency and timing overclock at 3600mhz (might be the sweet spot for me) but right now I want to achieve the all clocks around 2000mhz dream(gpu core, gpu memory and ram.
Some weird things happened so these are my questions-
Q: why does tWRWR_sg show 8 when I set it at 7 ? That wasn't happening before.
Q: hwinfo shows the tRRDS_s value as 18! Bios and asrock timing configurator show otherwise so I guess hwinfo is wrong!?
Q: can I change my timings in windows using the asrock timing configurator? I tried but it didn't seem to work.
Q: what are the max vccsa voltages that are safe to daily?
Q: weird thing with io and sa voltages. On auto they are locked to 1.33v and vccio pulls more than vccsa. when I unlock them, vccsa pulls way more. Currently set to 1.4 but its pulling upto 1.43v!
I have many more questions but any answers and help with my timings would be appreciated.

you r pushing this c-die to far. From 3200 to 4000 is 25%
Give up on 4000 with C-Die..this is not going to even get good that fast.
You’re better off shooting for 3600-3733 and be able to lower timings and voltages. I would not run that VCCSA that high!! You’re going to kill it quick!
I recommend finding a max safe VCCSA voltage, then set the timings a bit loose for that speed and test..if it fails, then back the speed down.
