I’m being serious when I say I don’t want to romance anyone in the game that’s actually romanceable. Maybe Judy cause I’m bi and relate to her a lot, but it was love at first sight with Takemura when he was staring us down in the pillar in Arasaka.
Plus he loves cats and is generally just funny/adorable. He is the only character in any sort of media I like that’s old enough to be my dad.

Goro feels like a means to an end relationship and nothing more until you save him (if you do) at that point I think he really begins to value you and is why he feels so betrayed in his end game dialogue in almost all of the endings.
