Got this email back which seems to me like I got my account into a limited matchmaking state. I could be wrong but this does seem to be what happened. To anyone banned due to the email, just spam their support tickets and eventually, you should be able to get unbanned. Thank you for all the help.

    Are you able to login? I can’t check since I am away from home but I got that message pop up before any menus so never got farther than that to attempt any matches

    This might be a really stupid question to ask but i’ve never had to deal with activision support before. How do you spam them with tickets? My account was falsely banned on ps5 (data manipulation and unauthorized software) and i have no real idea what to do

    Yes, thats normal. Shadowban only lasts about 7 days if they dont find anything suspicious
