My guess is it’s some lag/FoV (since this is PC based on the ability to text in-game) shenanigans causing the game to think the other player is closer to you than what’s perceived, thus triggering the [cheat_too_friendly](https://reddit.com/r/CODZombies/comments/1btec1d/_/kxljiz7/) check.
This is not a replicable issue, nor is it relevant or interesting. I’m not sure why you felt it warranted it a post.
back in the day there was a glitch found where if you lay on your team mate in a corner or something and you wouldn’t get hit.
there solution to this was insta down if you dive on your team mate
