gave up on eternal after the first platforming section but im excited for this one
NoYellowLines
I really wish it had Mick Gordon.
Enigmatic_Observer
I already played Heretic. It’s pretty OK
Bebobopbe
I feel like the conference should of been in 2025 so they felt closer. Only the dlc had dates
XWasTheProblem
I have to finally wrap up Eternal at some point, but this is pretty interesting.
Both 2016 and Eternal were wonderful experiences.
Suspect4pe
For some reason this really makes me think of Quake I.
Aggravating-Dot132
Shieldchain looks fun 😀
s78dude
still no new singleplayer quake
GothicRuler
The game kinda reminds me of Warhammer
Crapshoot890
Meh. This is probably an unpopular opinion but I wish they would go back to the doom 3 formula. Plus they missed an opportunity to make this a medieval weapon game with that name.
Nino_Chaosdrache
I hope they don’t use their Fun Zone bullshit this time. It made Eternal way too restrictive
KingHauler
I’m so fucking hyped
malcorpse
I’m excited for a bit of a slower experience from what the trailer looks like the fights in eternal were very fun but it felt like I needed 12 cans of monster to keep up with everything that was happening.
GhostsinGlass
I hear this game is going to have Knights, Death Knights who insist it’s not a phase, Ogres trying to make it as an arborist, Ogres who can aim. Some kinda Shamblin’ Man, Scrag (But not his brother, Scrug). A Fiend, something with a vore fetish but I repeat myself. A Rotfish that evolves into a Rottweiler when you use a doom stone, and at the end you have to fight Trent Reznors BDSM chair.
There may or may not be a super shotgun.
When you beat the game John Romero shows up and forcibly installs Daikatana.
Edit: Just saw the trailer, I was not expecting Pacific Rim: Doom but there was a mech piloted by the Doom Slayer. I understand this completely.

I thought id said they were walking away from DOOM for a while? They made it sound like The Ancient Gods was the end of it so they could focus on other IP, like possibly a Quake revival the same way they revived DOOM in 2016.
Not complaining tho, this looks fucking sick. That skull-mulching shotgun is just plain metal.
Lupinthrope
Will it run on steam deck? That’s the question
Merged_OP
Looks genuinely fun but I’ll pass since no Mick Gordon
El_Parafuso
Reminds me of Heretic, man I love this
Hugo_Prolovski
It will be hard to fill the shoes of the best shooter ever made but i really hope its as good as eternal

Can we instead get a Hexen sequel?
