Looks awesome OP. Remember your setup is subjective. There isn’t “advice” that is standard for everyone. Personally as a true minimalist I wouldn’t add anything at all. But many folks would want to

Since your desk is so small, maybe a monitor riser to add a bit of storage? Looks great though!
My advice is move the pc to the floor and give yourself more space to enjoy the gameplay and focus on the monitor.
