Bro, I’ve cleaned smoke bombed parts many times. Those cotton swabs you’re using look waaaaay too fancy.
Just use paper towel and alcohol if you don’t have a ultrasonic cleaner. Then use basic cotton swabs to get nooks and crannies and let airdry.

Hey op, what do you use for your cleaning process. My dad is a heavy smoker when he plays Farm Simulator, and cleaning it is a pain in the ass with how “sticky” the inside gets.
And yes, before anyone else comments, I have told /shown him several times how gross it gets with how much he smokes and it gets me nowhere with him. I care because I was the one of built it for him (one of the first i every built with all the parts i ever wanted in my pc at the time), and I view every computer I built like a baby (yeah, I know weird).
