I’m not very tech savvy, but I’m pretty sure it would still work. No actual hardware seems to be damaged, as in no part of the cores or pins of the cpu are damaged. And the damage is quite minimal.

As far you don’t bend the pins nothing should happen. But I would recommend to grab a cpu not like you do. If you have sweaty hands you can damage it. Grab it at the edges with two fingers and nothing can go wrong.
