For me its these 3 games to scratch my cyberpunk ich when not playing cyberpunk 2077.
Ghostrunner: beautiful, fast paced, 1 shot, parkour, cyberninja game. Has a sequel.
Katana zero: badicly 2d Ghostrunner. Awesome.
Huntdown: stylish retro cyberpunk shoot'em up. Also very fun.

Satellite Reign. Isometric tactical squad game inspired by the classic Syndicate.

There’s this horror game called Observer that takes place in a cyberpunk world and it looks so good.

It probably doesn’t really count as cyberpunk, but I love the look and feel of Scarlet Nexus.
I love katana zero and can’t wait for katana fifteen to came out although I did prefer zeros move set to fifteens it’s probably because most of the game is played as zero.
