PC couldn’t boot after restart when MCLK is higher than 4133 MHz

CPU: 5600G
MOBO: B450M-K II(A shitty board)
RAM: 2×16 GB Trident Z Neo(Hynix 16 Gbit CJR)

I like memory overclocking and try it often with new values. My stable daily-use settings with 1.42v:

Everything works just fine 'till I set the mclk above 4133 MHz. It couldn't even boot until AddrCmdSetup is set to 56. While it's on 56, it can boot 4533 MHz CL20 with 1.5v dram, 1.3v SOC and it passes TM5. However, when I shutdown or restart the computer it doesn't boot. What could I do other than changing the Mobo?
