Only solution google showed me was activating the developmental features in the NVIDIA control panel, did that and it still keeps crashing at 26%, GeForce gtx 1060 6GB, logs in the image, always cancels at 26%

Do you have manual voltage control unlocked for Afterburner?
It’s been broken for me for years, iv seen a few people say it works but not for me.
It’s never worked for me on my last build or now.
