This is my first time EVER overclocking my RAM following this guide.

Easy memory timings for Hynix DDR5 with Ryzen 7000

But I would like to go more in depth and learn more about ram overclocking.
This is My RAM Kit, not sure what die type it is or how to tell?

Looking to achieve 6000MHz CL28 with very low latency timings

Start with putting the FCLK back at 2000, the 2033 was simply an AGESA bug that made it internally run at 6100MT/s which is why it was faster.

I had that same kit, are you monitoring temps on the sticks? Mine were almost unusable without a fan, they would heat right up to 50c during stress tests and thus throw errors until they cooled off
