I’ve been in 4 bunkers since the new season and have never found boots in them. All the boots I find are out of bunkers.
Also durable can be found in gas stations and police stations now, I’ve found one every match without fail. Not complaining, just thought it was kinda interesting.

They seem to spawn in any legendary crate (including caches)
