7950x3d ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING WIFI with nxzt kraken aio 280.
Running in eco mode with max temp 65 and -20 on all cores in curve optimizer.
Idle package temps around 70. Goes up to 75-80 underload. Cores stay around 45-60.
To me the voltages look good… Just surprised at the idle temps. https://ibb.co/hBFX6DW
Idle temps are around 60 in bios as well.
Any tips on how to get the package temps down?
