Once I heard someone joking about how there is not a new Bloodborne game because they deleted the files with the game codes by mistake. Well, as the time passes I’m starting to believe that’s true.
It’s legit one of the best games, I’ve ever played. I’ve sunk north of 1700hrs and it’s still my favorite after all this time. I always get excited when a create a new hunter and just immerse myself completely.
It’s a crying shame that it’s kept exclusive, I wish more people could experience it.
This makes me believe that companies don’t actually care about money. Because everyone would buy a Bloodborne remaster for the PS5. And you wouldn’t have to do much work

Not sure why they are holding back on this one when Sony has done all these other titles. Pretty sure it would easily be the best-selling Sony PC port ever at this point.

Sony aren’t interested in porting older games where they have to share control. They own the IP, but from soft have rights too.
We’re never getting bloodborne.
At this rate we will get to play it decently enough through emulation before a port happens (if it ever happens).
Not gonna happen until there’s a sequel to try to get us to buy a PlayStation.

Pretty sure the way Fromsoftware developed this game made it difficult to port. Dark Souls was a famously bad port, Dark Souls 2 wasn’t much better prior to SotFS. Bloodborne was developed alongside DS2 specifically for PlayStation. Easy to assume it’d be a challenging port and may have wound up being substandard anyway.
A remake would be nice though.

This game was my obsession back in the day.
I loved the aesthetic, the lore, the enemies; everything.
I’d legitimately take my time examining every little texture and detail on everything. All while convinced I’d find *something*. Nothing esoteric or anything like that, but maybe hints at deep lore and such. Like how the doll in the old workshop taps one finger. I was convinced there was more story cleverly buried right in front of our faces.
Needless to say, I’d love a sequel or a PC remaster.
I can safely say they missed it. Gone off the Fromsoft samey finally.

More than anything, I really wanna play this game just to see if it’s as good as people say.
It’s gotta be the best thing since sliced bread or I’ll be disappointed considering the hype.
I tried it on my PS4 for an hour one time. My eyes were glued to the screen. I didn’t know what I was doing but it felt amazing at the time. Now, 7 years later, I wish I finished playing it, I never touched it after that one hour because I just forgot. But, seriously, please I want the high of playing this game again, fucking Sony please I’d pay the fucking $70 I don’t care I need to feel it again.
Nah they’d rather remaster and remake TLOU 1 & 2 over porting this masterpiece to us

source code is either lost/not accessible or sony is making demands to fromsoft or ex japan studio devs, that they do not want to meet, like “hey i know we fired you and dissolved your stiduo but wanna work on BB remastered?”
