Personally, I kind of hoped this guy, Bryce Mosley (probably not his real name), showed up more in the story after Walk The Line misison. Would love to team up with him for a mission or two.

Netwatch is one of my favorite orgs in the game. I wish there were more missions with them. Or even joining them.
I wanted more of Garry’s disciple, I thought she was funny and I want more creepy Nightcorp stuff. Rita Wheeler, we don’t get to see those Barbie Mox enforcers do much in the gameplay so I’d like to see her tech and how she fights, see her shred some Tyger Klawz. And probably Lizzy Wizzy, I quite enjoyed how cyberpunk her story felt and thought Grimes was actually pretty cool as her.
I’d also say Judy since Judy is best girl but she gets a bunch of screen time already so not the answer you wanted.
He feels like one of those places in the story that got put in to make you feel like you have a lot of choices, but then still sends you down pretty much the same path because of rushed development.
Especially considering how he is the choice that *doesn’t* betray you. Sure, he fries the VDBs, but 1. I was going to do that anyway and 2. we all knew that was going to happen.
As for my answer: Meredith Stout. The biggest corp in terms of in-game presence is Arsaka, so she would make for some nice balancing in that regard. And also a nice romance option.
More non-arasaka corpos. Militech, Zelatech, Netwatch, Techtronika – all of them lack in game appearance. We mostly see arasaka and street gangs, but never those dudes.
The Peralez in general. Cyperpunk set me up with a fucking hell of a conspiration and then let all endings loose

I wish river had more missions for some reasons. Reason one being it would make his relationship path a lot more realistic if instead of one mission being the “who killed the mayor” mission we did 6-7 jobs with him then found his nephew. His relationship path just feels rushed compared to the others. Plus overall I liked the detective style missions when stealth felt like a really good plan. I think some of the mega corps could have been shown a bit more as well.

More Netwatch for sure. It’s implied Yorinobu’s deal for the relic was with them, and everything about Alt and the Blackwall is 100% them. They should be crawling all over V.
In this light he looks like a borged up version of Roger Moore.
