Is there anything at all that I can do to make this cpu faster (cooling is not a problem)

    and ull see if ur cooling is really good if u can raise the power limits

    How do you know it’s not a cooling issue?

    Does it stay aroud it’s turbo clock of 3.6 ghz under load?

    Also, it’s a locked processor from an OEM known for trading heeps of performance for stability. So cooling is the only way to improve performance.

    Also, throttlstop might help, but you can easily make the performance worse if you don’t know what you’re doing. It won’t break anything, though, so it’s worth a shot.

    Go to control panel. Then go to power settings, select the high performance power plan. That will max it out as much as possible
