8820C should be Samsung CDIE, I think
Based on those timings id geuss some sort of hynix, I have a kit just like it at 18 22 22 1.4v, but its like high density 16gb modules so the tRFC is atrocioussly high

I’m pretty sure it’s Hynix CJR, but I’m often wrong
