For any comparison, most phones have 8gb of ram now and that stick at 800mhz is around 4x weaker than the average computer. It’s meant only for “legacy” (old) desktop PCs and probably isn’t much use, but it’s pretty rare to still find

That’s a digital flux capacitor. The one used in the Back to the Future films was analog.
Kingstons website / spec show these are old DDR2 modules, very old and the chances you have a machine that can use them is very slim
