I made a list of the most succesful PUBG teams/orgs (Read the first comment if you want to know how I got the numbers.)

  1. How I got the numbers?

    • I looked at every S-Tier and A-Tier PUBG Tournament listed on [Liquipedia.net](http://Liquipedia.net) (Excluding TPPs, Duos, Twitch Rivals, Showdowns, Nations Cup)

    • The Top 3 team in each tournament got points based on the “size” of the tournaments.

    • Global (International) Tournaments (Always S-Tier)

    – 1st: 9 pts

    – 2nd: 6 pts

    – 3rd: 3 pts

    • Regional/Sub-regional S-Tier Tournaments

    – 1st: 6 pts

    – 2nd: 4 pts

    – 3rd: 2 pts

    • Regional/Sub-regional A-Tier Tournaments

    – 1st: 3 pts

    – 2nd: 2 pts

    – 3rd: 1 pts

    • I summed up the points of different teams of the same orgs (e.g. the old Gen.G Black and Gen.G Gold is included as one team, ‘Gen.G’)

    • Of course, if an org rebranded itself, it still got the points from its previous name (e.g. Dplus was called DAMWON Gaming before)

    • I did not follow roster changes though (it would’ve been too much work), so NLT, VP and TWIS are separated as three different teams (Fun fact: adding up their numbers would make them 1st place with 74 pts.)

    • As you may have guessed, the colors in the table represent the team’s region.

    A few more fun facts:

    • iFTY has the most wins of given sample with 7 A-tier and 3 S-Tier Tournament wins

    • TL, 17 and CES have the most 2nd places (each with EIGHT 2nd places)

    • Tianba has the most 3rd places (10)

    • TORNADO ENERGY has the most points despite now winning any A- or S-Tier Tournaments

    • STK-TSM-LG overall have 47 pts

    • Oath-eU-LG-Falcons overall have 39 pts

    • The most succesful…

    – North American team of course is the Soniqs (71) who are also the most succesful of them all.

    – South America: Meta Gaming (12)

    – EMEA: FaZe (58)

    – Korea: Gen.G (64)

    – China: iFTY (51)

    – APAC: CES (45)

    (Based on this data.)

TL being out of the scene for so long and still being top4 is so weird.

Thanks! This is a really nice way to contextualize team performances. As already pointef out, super weird and impressive to see TL in top4.

What would be nice is some way of showing the amount of tournaments teams have played in as well, if possible!
