I spent months shiny hunting for a Tandemaus, my favorite Pokémon. Using the masuda method, it took hatching 6,331 eggs. For each egg that I hatched, I decided I'd use one more stitch to commemorate my journey. I know that in S/V, masuda isn't the best method anymore, but it was for me because I wasn't able to win Tera Raids for herba mystica.
(Battling Gogoat because after about 4k hatches, I found my first ever shiny- Gogoat)
