I don’t think this is an operator. I think it’s a modernised Scarlett Rhodes. This makes sense as the Chaos story was retconned in Vanguard.
I think you could argue that the character to her left in the teaser may even be Diego, is he had a dark long coat and a similar stature and haircut, though there isn’t much evidence to fully confirm or deny this.

Treyarch meticulously chose this 2 seconds of footage to show us knowing how badly we want a set crew, honestly I don’t think it’s scarlet but rather Treyarch is just fucking with us or something 💀💀 I still think they gonna go the WW2 route for this game with set crew and operators, if they do that then they not showing us the crew til later I bet they don’t wanna spoil the surprise in a two second clip so they show us operators
