RIP whoever actually tries buying this. This is the tagger scam-line, pretending like there is something they’d show you in person but oh, I guess for you I could accept cashapp/crypto/venmo

I raise you, and present this idiot, who has been trying to sell this card for 2 years now. It was at 2k for the first year.
I only know of this because I lived in the area briefly during COVID when he first listed it and check back now and then to lol at this idiot stick.

I got a pc off marketplace for $300. I thought it was so unbelievable that I had a couple friends come over for the day while the person stopped by to sell me it. Turns out they just needed the money as a single mom, and got the pc as a Christmas gift from their parents. I kinda felt pretty bad for talking them down to $300 from $500…
But it has a 12 gen i5, a 3060 12gb, 1tb p3 m.2, 4tb HDD, aftermarket dual tower air cooler, and 7 case fans. Only downside was the cheaper asus motherboard and segotep psu (that got replaced before I even powered it on, aside from the initial testing before purchase). Also came with a cheaper 1440p monitor, mechanical keyboard and mouse.
The pc runs flawlessly, and was practically brand new.
There are unbelievable deals out there, for those that are patient and stalk marketplace. But I am forever cautious for many reasons. I’m mostly afraid of getting a stolen pc from someone that got it on trade for drugs etc…

If one is desperate to get a good PC for a ridiculously low price, they must meet up with the seller
Fun_Bottle_5308
But… people do buy things on fb market?

It’s either a scam or nobody wants to deal with incredible amounts of cat fur stuck in different parts of this PC
Most likely just a scam though

Tell him you will give the 400 if you can pet the cat at least 8 times.

It’s either a scam OR somebody just doubling their CEX quote 😅 Byt it really is 50/50

Here in Italy the lowest 4070 is like 520€ now, so i would not buy a used 3080 10gb for 400€, may off warranty, may used for mining back in time, but even if not and with warranty. Maybe at 350€ but honestly i would wait 50xx series and get a used 4070 then, or pick a new 4070 for bit more if urgently need now
Megalith_TR
That’s a small 3080 normally a 3080 is about 2 and a half of those cards wider.
