Look into the aio driver settings if there is a rotate screen setting…
Looking at the design of it, I don’t even know how they expect people to make it work the right way around
I’d be more concerned about that crazy bend on gpu power connector
The aio is fine, but the gpu power cable is bent too heavily for it to be safe. You would want a 90 degree adapter for it, or just buy the cable from the psu manufacturer if they offer it
I mean it’ll work, the displays just weird. You could always reseat the pump yourself.
if you already plan on taking it back ask them to rotate the rad so that the tubes come out the bottom, less noise and strain on your pump
perfect example of why you shouldn’t buy prebuilts from any random local guy/shop and either get it from one of the proven trustworthy system integrators or build it yourself.
very shoddy job. terrible cable management, gpu power cable bent way out of spec just asking to burn the connector, wrong orientation of AIO cpu block. clearly cheaped out on components – should’ve put psu with 12vhpwr and not use the adapter, would risk a guess it’s some chinese no-name. and why 4 sticks of ram? this is gonna hurt timings and performance.
Why would you pay someone to do this? It’s four screws for the pump and another few screws for the radiator and fans. Unless you’re physically handicapped there is no reason to pay a shop to do any sort of hardware work on a PC that isn’t something completely custom.
Rotate the case
Why is everyone saying this is fine? He’s getting 75C at 20% usage, this is not fine. Plus you paid them to do it right so even if it was only rotated 90° you should still bring it back and make them fix it
The fans are either off or dont work very well
23 W and 75 degrees celcius ?
I would be more concerned about your CPU reaching 75c at 23W of power.
i have the same cooler its the LD360 from Deepcool right?, I believe the pipes are meant to be installed downwards.
few things you should do now:
* run a cpu benchmark using R23 or similar for half an hour so it heats the thermal paste
* unscrew your aio from your motherboard
* pull out your ram sticks
* use a dental floss gently between your cpu and aio heatsink and get the head off
* clean your aio heatsink and the cpu with isopropyl
* reapply thermal paste and screw in your aio
* reseat your RAM sticks

How is that urgent
How does your cpu have 75°C when only using 23W? Did they peel the sticker off? Or is the pump a fan in the setup
They still have PC shops? They popped up left and right here back in the 90’s, have not seen one in forever.
Its perfect fine, you just forgot to flip your PC.
Maybe it just needs to rotate the screen? I don’t see any other way to install it. Check with the manual.

Thanks, everyone, for your valued inputs. It seems I now have two issues to address instead of one. Firstly, I need to fix the cooler placement. Secondly, the GPU power cable is quite bent.
Maybe the CPU is running very hot perhaps because of the high temperatures due to the summers. On little to no load temperature is sitting between 45-55C.
Disable the screen, problem solved

It technically is mounted correctly, just oriented wrong.
TBH, I probably would have the tubes and rad flipped so the tubbing faces the left of the pc
Either the temps are off or you need to completely reinstall the cooler. I have a feeling they didn’t take off the plastic or they didn’t apply the thermal paste.
My 14700k doesn’t get that hot under load and I have a 240mm aio. Somethings not right
Just turn the whole pc 90 degrees
The PC shop should have tested your PC before releaseing it back to you. This is why I don’t trust/ allow others to work on my PC.

Right back to the fuckin shop. You paid for a complete and correct build, and didn’t get it. Any shop worth a fuck is gonna take it back and fix it, it’s like a 15 minute fix.
I hate to be negative here, but whoever told you to put liquid cooling in a 7700 may not be the brightest light bulb in the pack. Also, I’d demand my money back from whoever charged you to build that. Absolutely awful cable management and what looks to be daisy chained gpu (can’t tell 100% from the picture). But you got hosed, my guy.
