I literally did this quest today and threw a bunch of smoke grenades at the van being pissed it wasn’t exploding and not understanding why.

Roll Athletics – 1d10 + DEX(6) + Skill Rank (2)
D10 Result = ***1***

D10 Result = ***10***
Final Result = 1 + 6 + 2 – (10) = -1
Summary – You lob the grenade towards the Us Cracks equipment van as Kerry Requested. However, in your haste… your Cyberoptics bug out, sending out the wrong toss trajectory data. The grenade flies from your hand, hitting the van, and you’d think for a second that it would lodge itself underneath the equipment… instead your grenade bounces on the most unlikely jagged part of the vehicle, which bounces the explosive back towards your direction. Unfortunately, your Reflexes are also below 8 and therefore you cannot dodge this. You and Kerry are engulfed in a fiery explosion and take 6d6 damage.
