I was messing around in Outbreak and was on Duga, I'm almost completely done with aether crystal upgrades so I like grabbing staminup and phd and doing divebombs from tall buildings. I jumped off the really tall place where pack is and hit the rails a few times. I went back up ans tried to deploy my parachute and noticed I can't. It won't let me open certain doors, deploy parachute, my perks are invisible but still functional. Image is of the electric reload activating but no perks being visible.
