I played about 5 hours of Firewatch and thought it was an absolute snooze, so seeing it in your 10/10 list is interesting.
Try Subnautica!
If Firewatch is a 10/10, then Subnautica is a 15/10. It’s not a super long game like many AAA-games are, but rewards exploration & has a sweet story that you can unfold at your own pace. Base building & crafting items is somewhat necessary, but can be reduced to a minimum.

Hollow knight
It’s an 8.5/10 for me. I’m a huge Marvel fan and I was really excited for it. But I found the gameplay to be a bit repetitive and the story was lacking a bit. I’d Recommend it for sure though.
