That’s DDR4 with the DDR5 heatsinks.
Someone swapped the heatsinks onto old ram. The PCB on those is supposed to be black

If buying on Amazon make sure to check out who the third party retailer is that is working through them. Most are reputable, but a few are fly by night bad actors. Personally, I would never buy such complex hardware online through most Amazon third party retailer since I have no clue about their history or integrity. A lot of reputable established retailers also sell through Amazon to increase their exposure.

This problem is getting worse. I ordered a screen for my Corsair AIO this week. When I got it there were obvious signs that the tape had been peeled off and replaced. When I opened it, someone had swapped it out with the plastic cap from the stock AIO.
