He shows up >!in the last minutes of Edgerunners, drops some bombs like “Who the fuck are you?”, kills the main cast, does not elaborate further!< and he has minimal screen time in the game, but every time he’s shown he’s doing something so badass it’s beyond comprehension or certainly beyond anything else another character can pull off…
Maybe that’s what makes him so cool, he never has a wasted moment. Just being one of the most iconic figures in the world, literally >!stomping peoples skulls like bugs!< and doesn’t need a bunch of screen time to get the iconic standing.
