theres a weird bug were if u have the game and then get ea play after play ends it revokes ur access out right to ur old purchased game, this happened to me along time ago and so i stopped using ea launcher.

For me it started when I started using a game pass trial. I got that message many times, but the games were still in my account and playable.

I chatted with support today. He said it was a known issue and they are working on it, and once the server issues are resolved I can play my games again. I was really looking forward to dusting off BF3/4 again but guess I have to wait and hope I get them back…

Been hearing other users get the same treatment and eventually they get the game back. Also, pirating might have something to do with it as both people talking about this in the NFS: Heat sub got their games back but both had pirated games from EA.

This happens every time I launch Battlefield through Steam. I have to reset the app cache in order for my games to reappear.
1. Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
2. Scroll to Help.
3. Click App recovery.
4. Select Clear cache.
It’s incredibly annoying and I was really shocked when it happened for the fist time and half my library was gone.

Same happened to me with Xbox.. opened EA play and it got fixed but seems like EA play needs to be open Everytime just for the game to show up…but not sure why it’s happening with steam. cuz atleast xbox connects ea with game pass so that’s understandable.
